This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When the website is accessed, Cloudflare processes technically required connection data, in particular the IP address, access time, requested resource, referrer, and browser and system information. This processing is necessary for the legitimate interest in providing the website securely and reliably under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cloudflare processes this data as a processor under its Customer Data Processing Addendum. Cloudflare may process data in the United States and other third countries. Email contact
If you contact us by email, we process the sender address, message content, time, and technically required metadata to handle your request and any follow-up. Depending on the request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries.
Incoming messages to kontakt@thepipelineyouown.com are handled by Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to a verified destination mailbox. Cloudflare and the provider of that destination mailbox process the connection, account, message, and log data required for routing, delivery, and storage. Cloudflare explains the routing model in its Email Routing documentation.
No tracking
This version does not use analytics, marketing, or social-media trackers, set first-party tracking cookies, or load third-party fonts, videos, or executable scripts. External links are contacted only after a deliberate selection.
Recipients and retention
Personal data is not sold. Access is limited to the controller and the processors or recipient categories identified above insofar as this is required to operate and secure the website or provide email communication.
We do not create our own usage profiles. Technically required connection data and emails are erased or anonymised when their respective purpose ends and no statutory retention duty requires continued storage. The contractual deletion and retention rules of the processors also apply.
Security and automated decisions
Transmission is encrypted using HTTPS. We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
