Start with a video idea. The book guides you through building a local pipeline for your platform.

No coding required. The AI assistant configures the tools for your hardware and runs the technical steps. You review the results.

Files stay on your computer. Only your explicit approval starts upload and publication.

  • Brief → Images → Voice → Edit → Approval.
  • Every step creates a local file.

A dark architectural production hall presents five stations in sequence: Brief, Images, Voice, Edit and Approval. A cobalt process line runs through a human approval gate to a release monitor showing landscape, portrait and square output, with a small warm local result below.

Resolve disclosure questions before you publish.

There is no single answer for every upload. The actual content, your role and the rules of the platform all matter.

The transparency obligations in Article 50 of the EU AI Act apply from 2 August 2026. European Commission guidance distinguishes, among other things, between provider and deployer obligations. Transitional rules for individual provider duties do not generally remove deployer duties.

The pipeline therefore stops when the content, role or source evidence is unclear. The AI assistant can collect sources and mark open questions. You make the legal and editorial decision.

Notice: General source-based information, not legal advice. Check the current official requirements for your specific case before publishing.

  1. 01Inspect the contentWhich elements are synthetic, altered or realistically presented?
  2. 02Clarify your roleWhich responsibilities belong to the provider, deployer and editorial operator?
  3. 03Compare the rulesWhat do EU law, the selected platform and your own editorial standard require?

The workflow

Five stages. A result to review after each one.

  1. Brief

Set the idea, audience and constraints.

  2. Images

    Create local visual files.

  3. Voice

    Create the narration.

  4. Edit

    Assemble images and audio.

  5. Approval

Review the file; approve upload and publication.

Division of work

What you decide and what the AI assistant handles.

You decide

  • Set the idea, audience and constraints.
  • Review script, images and voice; request changes.
  • Decide what may be published.

Your AI assistant handles

  • Checks the machine and installs pinned local tools.
  • Creates folders, scripts and configuration.
  • Runs and records each production step.
  • Repairs failures and uploads or publishes only after your approval.

The first run

A test run shows whether the pipeline stops and resumes cleanly.

Start with one brief. Review each output, test one controlled failure, then accept the local file and record.

Failure and recovery

After a failure, work resumes from the last reviewed state.

A failed step is repaired and checked again; approved results stay in place.

Edit stopsThe fault is named.

Local production tools

The tools for images, voice and editing run on your computer.

The book covers image generation, local voice tools and editing on your computer. Versions and licences are checked for each edition.

Approval from your phone

Telegram provides a controlled interface for review actions.

After each production step, Telegram shows a preview and its review status. Only predefined actions are available; free text is never executed. The pipeline checks sender, state and next action before continuing.

The stack runs on the computer. Telegram and n8n provide an optional review interface; production continues without them.

Who this is for

For people who want to set up their own local test run.

This fits if

  • You want to test a video idea for a social platform.
  • You can describe and judge the result.
  • You want an AI assistant to handle the technical setup.
  • You retain responsibility for publication.

This does not fit if

  • You want niche, growth or revenue promises.
  • You want a fully hands-off content machine.
  • You need a multi-user agency platform.
  • You want automatic publishing without review.

FAQ

What the first run does—and does not do.

Do I already need an account on a social platform?

No. A video idea and a local project folder are enough for setup. You need a platform account only when you are ready to publish.

Do I need to code?

No. You describe the task and review the plan. The AI assistant handles terminal and file work.

Is anything uploaded without my approval?

No. The finished video stays on your computer until you explicitly approve that specific upload. The pipeline then handles upload and publication automatically.

Is Telegram a remote terminal?

No. It is a constrained control surface. Only predefined actions may cross the n8n and host-shim boundary; free text is never executed.

What will I receive?

The plan is one complete digital book. The exact file format will be named when the delivery file is final.

Can I buy the book now?

Not yet. The sales platform, delivery contents and sales terms have not been finalised.
